History
It was December of 1979 at a Campus Crusade conference, while Timmy and Kenyon were in college and just dating that God gripped their hearts with the adventure to which God has called every believer-to be involved in proclaiming His love to a lost world. They didn’t know where their commitment might lead them, but at that conference they pledged their lives to serve God wherever and to whomever He called them.

Because God had dramatically changed their lives during college , Timmy and Kenyon’s passion from the earliest days of their marriage in 1982 was to take the message of the gospel to the campus, and to see multitudes of students become disciples of Christ. They prayed and believed that God would use their home as a light house that would win people to Christ and send them forth as laborers to cities around the world. From Francis Marion College in Florence,SC and then back to their own alma mater at Clemson their prayers and dreams became a reality as they opened up their home and shared the love of Christ.

In 1990, Timmy and Kenyon went into full-time ministry with Great Commission Ministries at Clemson University and Timmy was recognized as a pastor in 1992.
In 1996, Timmy and Kenyon went to Ukraine and were deeply touched by the Ukrainian people and sensed God calling them to move there. In June of 1998, they moved to Kiev with their 3 children. Now Timmy, with Kenyon close at his side, continues to be involved in church planting and mentoring of leaders in Ukraine while also serving as a co-director of GCM Europe.
